Dear
Intrepid,
When we think of all the time
and effort involved in getting a new customer,
it seems only logical that every effort should
be made to consolidate victory. The position
of a new buyer is not as fixed or sure as
that of one whose name has previously appeared
on the books. The new buyer has his fingers
crossed.
During this preliminary time
when we as potential new clients and Intrepid
Southeast are getting acquainted, and "special"action
is worthwhile that will please the client
and help them form a favorable first impression.
A little extra courtesy at the start may
go a long way toward securing goodwill and
the confidence that leads to mutual benefit.
From the very first
phone call we placed to inquire about the
Intrepid
line, we received outstanding attention from
Mr. Alex Pirez. Alex has represented your
company with utmost professionalism, courtesy
and with genuine desire to please. He has
taken the necessary time to present and explain
all the details that must be considered and
evaluated when purchasing a boat.
To be quite candid, only one
obstacle has created doubt in our consideration
to purchase an Intrepid; that being of course
your existing waiting list for production
and final delivery.
We are happy to learn however
that Alex has requested and received your
approval to advance the production date of
our Intrepid model to April 2004! We know
this is no easy task to accomplish given
your tight production schedule and the high
demand for your fine product.
You have been most generous
in accommodating this request and wanted
to sincerely thank you for granting our wishes
as we look forward to becoming proud owners
of an Intrepid, and loyal customers for years
to come.
