Dear Intrepid,

I just wanted to drop you a short note to express to you how much I am enjoying my 348 Intrepid, it is a fantastic boat!

I also wanted to again emphasize what I told you at the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show. I have purchased many power boats in my lifetime and this experience was by far the best. Bill Crawford is an outstanding salesperson. He guided me through the specifications of options, electronics and color and did not let up his interest for getting a boat delivered with the minimum amount of hassle. When the boat arrived in Fort Lauderdale for commissioning, Bill had lined up a group of outside craftsmen to handle the electrical installations, the canvas lettering, etc. Because my boat had to make a shipping date to go out of the country, Bill made sure that every supplier delivered on time, which they did.

Now that I’ve owned the boat for several months, Bill still is very attentive to my needs. I’ve had a couple of very minor issues which he handled immediately. You are very fortunate to have a salesperson who takes such an interest in both your product and your customers’ complete satisfaction.

If any of your prospective buyers want to talk to a happy Intrepid owner, please feel free to have them contact me, I would be pleased to tell them about my experience.

I've owned two Intrepids and rather than tell you on the phone just how phenomenal your boats are, I thought I'd send you a letter. I thought it would be difficult to surpass the enjoyment my family had with our Intrepid 30, however, our new 348 Walkaround is not only drop-dead gorgeous ( beautiful custom paint job by the factory), but an unbelievable boat offshore.

With routine 230 mile trips from New York, through Long Island Sound and up to Cape Cod, this hull is simply fantastic. I say routine, because that's just how the great the ride is; no jolts, no rattles, NO SURPRISES ( and completely dry). It's recognized everywhere and you can overhear people whisper: "Hey look, that's an Intrepid - what a boat!"
The only thing more fun than riding our Intrepid is building the next one and we can hardly wait to take delivery of our new one.

Seldom do you find a company that is so committed to the satisfaction of its owners as your company. My family has its third intrepid on order and more than likely the forth soon. That unto itself is a compliment to your staff and your owner’s commitment to building probably the best boats in their respected classes and building a strong relationship with the buyers of your products. I know personally how hard it is to make a new customer and keep a customer happy, but that’s what makes our company special and that too is what makes your company so special.
